甘蓝滑蛋
今儿做了个甘蓝滑蛋,网上搜的菜谱,很简单,做出来味道样子都不错。
甘蓝,就是紫包菜,用了小半个甘蓝,切丝;3个鸡蛋,加盐打散。
热锅下油,下甘蓝,翻炒,加点醋,干了加点水,加盐,感觉差不多了加鸡精,盛盘,把盘子中间空出来。
然后洗锅子,再热锅加油,炒鸡蛋,很快,很嫩的鸡蛋炒好了,放在盘子中间空出来的地方,紫色配黄色,很漂亮,也很好吃,可惜没有拍下来。
